Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of cyber websites and users in using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "homepages") operated by SECHANG Machinery Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "homepages").

※ "These terms and conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to electronic transactions using PC communication, etc., unless contrary to their nature."

Article 2 (Definitions)

① The term "home page" means a virtual business place in which a business operator is set to trade goods or services using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services to users, and also means a business operator operating a cyber home page.

② The term "user" means a member or non-member who accesses the "home page" and receives the services provided by the "home page" pursuant to these terms and conditions.

③ The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information on the "home page", who is continuously provided with information on the "home page", and who can continue to use the services provided by the "home page".

④ The term "non-member" means a person who uses the services provided by the "home page" without joining a member.

Article 3 (Explanation and amendment of terms and conditions)

① The "Home Page" will post the contents of these terms and conditions, the location of the business office, the name of the representative, the business registration number, and the contact information (phone, fax, e-mail address, etc.) on the site's initial service screen (front).

② The "Homepage" may amend these terms to the extent that it does not violate the Act on Regulation of Terms, etc., the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Act on Electronic Signatures, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Protection.

③ If the "home page" revises the terms and conditions, it shall specify the date of application and the reason for the revision and notify it on the initial screen of the website from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date.

④ If "Homepage" amends the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the previous terms and conditions apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already signed a contract sends his/her intention to be subject to the revised terms and conditions to the "home page" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph 3, the revised terms and conditions will apply.

⑤ Matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the electronic transaction consumer protection guidelines enacted by the government and related laws or regulations.

Article 4 (Provision and modification of services)

① The "Home Page" does the following.

1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts

2. Delivery of goods or services under a purchase contracted

3. Other tasks determined by the "Home Page"

② The "Home Page" may change the contents of goods and services to be provided by a contract concluded in the future in the event of a shortage of goods or a change in technical specifications. In this case, the contents and provision date of the changed goods and services shall be specified and announced from the 7th day prior to the provision date on the place where the current contents of the goods and services have been posted.

③ If the contents of the service contracted with the user to be provided by the "home page" are changed due to the lack of goods or changes in technical specifications, the "home page" shall compensate the user for damages. However, this is not the case if there is no intention or negligence on the "home page".

Article 5 (Interruption of services)

① The "home page" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a repair inspection, replacement, failure, or loss of communication of information and communication facilities such as computers.

② In the event of service interruption under paragraph (1), the "home page" shall notify the user by the method prescribed in Article 8.

③ The "Homepage" shall compensate the user or a third party for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the provision of services due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (1). However, this is not the case if there is no intention or negligence on the "home page".

Article 6 (Membership registration)

① The user applies for membership by expressing his/her consent to these terms and conditions after filling out the membership information according to the registration form set by the "home page".

② The "Homepage" shall be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs among users who have applied for membership as shown in paragraph (1).

1. Where an applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Agreement, except where he/she has obtained consent to re-enrollment on the "home page" three years after losing his/her membership under Article 7 (3).

2. Where there is a false entry, omission of entry, or error in the registration

3. Where it is deemed that registration as a member is significantly hindered by the technology of the "home page"

③ The time when the membership contract is established is when the consent of the "home page" reaches the member.

④ Where there is a change in the registration matters under Article 15 (1), the member shall immediately notify the change to the "home page" by e-mail or other means.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of membership, loss of qualifications, etc.)

① Members can request withdrawal from the "Homepage" at any time, and the "Homepage" will process withdrawal immediately.

② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the "home page" may restrict and suspend his/her membership.

1. Where false information is registered at the time of application for membership

2. Where the payment of goods, services, etc. purchased using the "home page" or other debts borne by members in connection with the use of the "home page" are not paid on the due date

3. In the case of threatening the electronic transaction order, such as obstructing the use of another person's "home page" or stealing such information

4. Where acts prohibited by statutes and these terms and conditions are prohibited or contrary to public order and customs by using the "home page"

③ If the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after the "homepage" restricts or suspends membership, the "homepage" may lose its membership.

④ If the "home page" loses its membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member is notified of this and given an opportunity to explain before canceling the membership registration.

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

① If the "Homepage" notifies a member, it may be the e-mail address submitted by the member to the "Homepage".

② "Homepage" may be substituted for individual notifications by posting them on the "Homepage" bulletin board for at least one week in the case of notifications to a large number of unspecified members.

Article 9 (Application for Purchase)

Users of "Homepage" apply for purchase on "Homepage" in the following manner.

1. Enter your name, password, phone number, mobile phone number, address, and E-MAIL

2. selection of goods or services

3. Selection of payment method

4. Indication that you agree to these terms (e.g., mouse click)

Article 10 (Establishment of a contract)

① The "Homepage" accepts the purchase application as in Article 9, unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs.

1. Where there are false statements, omission of description, or errors in the application

2. Where a minor purchases goods and services prohibited by the Juvenile Protection Act, such as cigarettes and alcohol

3. Where it is determined that consent to a purchase application is significantly hindered by the technology of the "home page"

② The contract shall be deemed to have been established at the time when the consent of the "home page" reaches the user in the form of a notification of receipt under Article 12 (1).
